Experience from practice — not from textbooks
I have worked for nearly 40 years across different roles — including sales and customer service within the foodservice and food industry in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
As a Key Account Manager, Sales Director and Head of Customer Service, I have experienced organizations from the inside.
In growth phases.
During restructurings.
And in moments when performance was under pressure.
What I consistently see:

- But performance only truly changes when behaviour changes.

Alongside my professional career, I spent more than 30 years as a certified football coach.
Working with teams and group dynamics under pressure has fundamentally shaped my leadership style.
